Master Breeders
The Master Breeder shield is the most prestigious award a Holstein Breeder can obtain.
The Master Breeder is one who recognizes the importance of superior bloodlines and knows that the backbone of the Canadian Holstein Industry is the relationship between the breeder and the cow. Good farm families combined with good cow families are the ingredients for success.
In 2009, the following 9 Ontario Master Breeders will be recognized at the Ontario Holstein Branch Annual Meeting in Cornwall. They also received their shield at the National Meeting in B.C.
